Technical Challenges
Obstacles we solved along the way
Deployment & Infrastructure Management
Initially, application deployment was not automated so we spent significant time deploying new releases. We later optimized the deployment process to save deployment time.
Application Development
Improper application logging made production debugging difficult. Breaking the application into microservices was also a major challenge due to code and database separation.
Code Refactoring
Code refactoring became tricky when new bugs arose. Not using test scripts for existing features initially made the project harder to handle.
